Joining the Club
Swimming is one of the most popular sports in Australia and is one of our nation’s great passions. As well as being fun, it is an excellent way to keep fit, stay healthy and make friends.
Swimming is more than just a sport, and its lessons extend far beyond the pool. It provides participants with valuable life skills such as discipline, resilience, work ethic, goal setting, teamwork, friendship and belonging.

We recommend prospective members have at least a stage six swim certificate and commence with three free no obligation try-out sessions where our Head Coach assesses readiness and discusses options with the swimmer and parents as appropriate.
To book a try-out, click on the link below to download the Try-out form and email the completed form to our Registrar.
Try-outs are held on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4 - 5 pm.

If you decide to become a member of Bunbury Swimming Club, you must also be affiliated with our state governing body, Swimming WA. Both annual membership fees are co-ordinated on-line and the registration link and payment details will be emailed to you by our Registrar upon joining.

Note:
Club operation and SWA require at least one parent also join where the swimmer is 18 years/under. There is no cost for parent/guardian.

See our 'Fees' page for both BSC and SWA annual membership fees, as well as our monthly squad fee structure.
