Young South West residents who excel in sport are invited to apply for the 2019/20 SWAS Individual Athlete Support Program.
The SWAS program provides support for individual athletes to assist them in their daily training environment.
Applicants must be between the ages of 15-18, reside in the the South West and meet the criteria in at least one of the relevant categories listed in the application form.
